Smoked and sliced bacon ends and trim pieces. Some packages are sliced but varied in length, and other packages have more chunks of trim. 

This bacon is uncured (no nitrates or nitrites) from forest-raised purebred Berkshire pigs. Fed non-GMO grains, and no hormones, antibiotics or other medications administered during their lifetime.
