Spare Ribs from forest-raised purebred Berkshire pigs.  Fed non-GMO grains, and no antibiotics or hormones administered during their lifetime. 

Price listed is per pound.  Package sizes vary from 2-3 lbs for a portion of a rack, or 3-4 pounds for a full rack of ribs.  Choose from option package sizes and price will change according to package weight.
