St. Louis Ribs are meatier ribs cut from the belly of the hog after the belly is removed. These ribs are flatter than baby back ribs, which makes them easier to brown.
Price listed is per pound. Package sizes vary from 1-2 lbs for a portion of a rack, or 3-4 pounds for a full rack of ribs. Choose from option package sizes and price will change according to package weight.
